A PAIR of Ray Bans slung round his neck, Gerry Hutch appears to be enjoying his freedom during a stroll by the seaside.
The 60-year-old was expected to flee Ireland for mainland Europe after three judges found him not guilty of murdering Kinahan thug David Byrne on Monday.

But he has not been afraid to show his enemies that he is happy to stay in Dublin with a relaxing walk near his home.
Wearing a baseball hat, beige jacket, black top and jeans as well as two pairs of glasses, he was happy to take in the sea air.
The flowing locks and beard from his trial have been replaced by a clean-shaven look that meant he was almost unnoticed.
An onlooker said: “He appeared to be enjoying his freedom and mustn’t be worried about any threat to his life.
“He looked relaxed out and about and it must be a huge relief to have that court case behind him.”
Since he walked free from the Special Criminal Court, the Monk has been spotted in different parts of the north inner city.
He’s believed to have attended a party and enjoyed a takeaway meal in another part of the capital.
But investigators are surprised he has chosen to stay in the capital.
We revealed this week how Gardai believed he had booked numerous flights out of the country to avoid being tracked.
One source said: “He’s such a high-profile figure that many thought he would be on the first plane out of Ireland.
“But he seems to be walking around without a care in the world.
“Perhaps he feels safer in Ireland because the Kinahan cartel has been crippled by the ongoing investigations.”
