GERRY ‘The Monk’ Hutch has been snapped looking almost unrecognisable just days after his dramatic prison release.
The 60-year-old has been spotted clean shaven and with a fresh haircut with his hands full of paper and plastic bags and a mobile phone.

Hutch is seen in a casual attire, wearing blue jeans and a shirt, green knitted jumper and beige jacket.
On Monday, Hutch appeared in court looking very different, with long hair down to his shoulders and a grey beard. In court he wore a white shirt, navy blazer and tan pants.
Hutch was acquitted of the murder of David Byrne, 33, during a boxing weigh-in at the Regency Hotel on the Swords Road, Whitehall, Dublin 9 on February 5, 2016.
It’s understood after leaving court in a taxi he personally called to a relative’s home.
And gardai believe a party was held for him by his nephew Jonathan Hutch — who has survived two attempts on his life by the Kinahan cartel.
One resident told us: “There were people coming and going at the house and there was a lot of noise.
“No one seems to know if Gerry was there but there was definitely some kind of party.
“The talk in the north inner city is that Gerry was on foot when he met with his relatives and just wanted to thank them for their support.
“He wanted to meet his family and by all accounts they had a right good celebration.”
During the bash, there was a Garda presence outside the property.
And The Irish Sun understands punters in three different pubs in Dublin’s north inner city raised their glasses to The Monk.
At present, Gerry Hutch has his own passport and is free to travel across Europe.
Gardai are also expected to draw up a policing plan if he continues to live in Ireland.
The infamous crime figure has access to properties in Spain as well as in Holland.
Hutch’s trial was was one of the longest running in Irish history at 52 days. Hutch did not give evidence during the trial.
